Six Flags

We had such a great time this weekend. The RS was going to the temple on Saturday, so I said to our friends Mara and Cory, "Let's take the kids and go to Six Flags after!" So, the boys got up at 6am and went to the 8:00 session at the temple. Mara and I came with the kids at 10, we switched and the boys headed off to six flags and we went with the RS to the temple and then met them there.

It was fun and the girls had a great time. Ali was an angel, hanging out in the stroller all day, she slept most of the day. Shawn said Andie didn't start having fun till I got there. She loved the Flying Boats and screamed every time we got off. It was great though, because we could go get on the next ride - there was never a line.

Shawn was able to ride a few big rides and I rode once. I was okay with it though, because we have Season Tickets for next year, so we can go lots. We are actually planning on going Nov. 1st without the kids! I am super excited. I love roller coasters!

Needless to say - we had a great day!

I love roller coasters too, although I the older I get, I get more scared on the really intense ones! Don't you love not having to wait in line? That is the best!

Ok, I am finally back on track with your blog! You have been up to a whole lot in the last little while :) I hope everything goes really well for your mom and hopefully she can have some relief and comfort with her leg. Aren't moms the best?!!! I love having sisters too. I have three of them and they are all older than me, so I use their wisdom and advice quite often!

You roller coaster riders are so brave. I WILL NOT go on big roller coasters. a) to big of a chicken
b) I get severe motion sickness. I have been known to puke in the flowers at Lagoon!! So watch out! The "scariest" ride I go on is the white roller coaster at Lagoon. I know it's pathetic! :(

It's so hard me to get on and off certain types of rides but I try. I haven't been on roller coaster in years. I went on a couple of rideswhen we went to Disneyland/California Adventure.

Indiana Jones and Soaring Over California. I fell getting on the Indiana Jones ride but had a lot of fun on the ride. ;)

sounds like an awesome outing! The temple, Ali sleeping, no lines... I mean really?! You must be living right! Better do the temple every time before you go!
