My WONDERFUL mom had sent me a mother's day gift!! WOW! It was a Harry & David gift box full of pears, chocolate popcorn, mixed nuts, cherry chews and CHOCOLATES!! It was so delicious!! Thank You mom so much! I loved it.My mom is the greatest mom there ever was. She has always been there for me and is one of my best friends. She is moving to Russia in July - I can't believe it! I will miss her so much and so will the kids! We skype with her almost everyday and they love to talk to her - especially Ali! I know she is going to be the best missionary mom ever! I love you mom.
I am also grateful for my mother-in-law. She has always been kind to me and showed lots of love to our family. Hope you had a great Mother's Day as well!!
Grandma's are the best too! I love my grandma's so much - they are so loving and special!! You know who you are - Happy Mother's Day!
On a side note - I made egg rolls the other day and they turned out so good. I used ground pork, red cabbage and found a delicious sauce to stir-fry it in. Then, to be a bit healthier and a lot less messy - I broiled them in the oven, lightly brushing oil on each of them before hand! They were delicious!
We had a few extra egg roll wraps left over - so I made a treat. I stuffed them with freshly sliced strawberries - bushed them with butter, broiled them and then sprinkled them with powdered sugar and cinnamon! They were SO delicious - I think next time we will have more "extra" wraps to enjoy more strawberry filled wraps! YUMMY!

I love egg rolls!! We always make them on New Year's Eve, but they should be a regular. I will have to try your treat; sounds very tasty!
