I wanted to make oatmeal banana cookies, but couldn't find the recipe. I didn't want to make banana bread because it sounded "heavy". Next I looked in the cupboard and found vanilla wafers. So I made this...
After a few sprinkles of chocolate chips, I added a whole bunch more in melted form and made this... 
Yes you noticed...what about those brown banana's? Don't worry - they helped make this...
Then I mixed this....
...and put it on top to finish my masterpiece...
Which made Shawn and I like this....
...and boy oh boy - it was YUMMY!

LOL Sounds really yummy and I get stuck with brown bananas way too often. Thanks for the good idea! Good girl for thinking lout of the box, or maybe in it a little too?

BLAH!! Molly, I love you like a sister, but banana bread would have been the spot for me. I detest banana's with chocolate and pudding. To each his own. :) I think it is great you thought of something that you would like...I am way too lazy.
